John Francis Peters b. Los Angeles 1978, is a photographer based in New York's Hudson Valley. John's diverse body of work ranges from the portraiture of influential personalities to essays on culture and societies in transition. His personal and assigned photo projects have taken him throughout the United States and internationally to locations such as China, Haiti, Oaxaca, Mexico and Grenada. In 2007, John became staff photographer and photo coordinator for the FADER Magazine in New York. There he works full time shooting emerging music and culture while helping to structure the visual content of each issue.
